How to get out of Forced Vacation Mode?
I sold my first product, and Etsy put my shop in Vacation Mode. They asked me to upload a valid, non-expired ID. (When I registered, I used a different ID, which has since expired.) I uploaded the new one immediately, but it's been a week now.
How can I resolve this? Every time I chat with support, they just say they'll send an email. I'm starting to lose hope. I sent email tickets too, but nothing, just bot answers
