I’m reaching out to share an ongoing issue I’m facing with Etsy's business account verification process and to ask for advice or guidance if anyone has dealt with something similar.
I initially submitted all required documents for verification back on January 20th. After weeks of waiting with no resolution, I resubmitted the documents again on February 4th to ensure everything was in order. The documents met all requirements and have not been rejected, yet they still remain under review after nearly two months.
I’ve contacted Etsy Support multiple times, but every inquiry only receives the same automated response, directing me to resubmit or wait without providing any real update. This delay, far beyond the 2–5 working days timeframe Etsy states, is severely impacting my ability to launch and operate my business on the platform.
I’m asking if anyone here has faced similar challenges and, if so, how you were able to resolve them. Also, if any Etsy representatives are monitoring this forum, I kindly ask for assistance in expediting my verification process. This prolonged waiting time has become unreasonable, and clear communication or action is urgently needed.
