stats not updating again

my shop stats not updating again

wish it was sleep time where I am at the moment

hope people can still see my store

It was the same 13 hours in Türkiye, it happened 1 month ago and I think it was fixed.

I've got 2 sales and no views or visits here in the UK..

No visits in Canada either for 15 hours…

Same in Canada!  Zero across the board. No views, no favs, no activity, and no sales.

16 hours with no stats updates. I think that is a new record.

There is another thread on this issue and some sellers had sales which have ‘disappeared’?  Very concerning! Hope they fix it soon!

yeap mine has been at zero all day until now, but its like they have just made some random figure up so i can see its changed, but with whats been going on with my dashboard and showing nothing happening there for 23 hrs i think there is more behind it than just the Stats not changing! not one order today  and not one fav!! and that never happens especially over the weekend!
