my star seller status dropped to 80% due to "not responding to a message within 24 hours". That being said, this message was NOT FOR THE SALE OF ANY MERCHANDISE IN MY SHOP. It was from a local resident wanting to meet with me to discuss our local art community, which I am an instructor.
This is the message I receive, and responded directly to him through his emal.

I would appreciate feedback on this problem. Being a loyal Etsy Seller for the past 12 years, selling over 3500 items in my shop and being a Etsy Plus member, I am disappointed and in the hopes this is resolved.
