was shipped on time with a tracking number but is flagged as not shipped on time and showing no tracking number. Ordered 7/27 shipped on 8/1
shows up in data as not shipped.

Our engineering team is currently looking into the orders tagged as having no processing time even though there is and was dinged for not shipping in time. I recommend contacting directly to Etsy support to be notified if there is an update.

We cannot help you "fix" your Star Seller math.
Try contacting Etsy through your seller dashboard.

@SnowHilllighting : Have the packages been scanned? At some point, if the package is never scanned it will revert to being considered as not shipped with tracking. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the information on the order.

I contacted ETSY support and they advised on my order that indicates no shipping info that they cannot fix. This affects on time shipping STATS. Can and will this be fixed??
