@UrsaDea: If you are referring to your April 1st Star and Badges, what does the 'Previous Review Period' tab show your shipping score to be?
the default is - CURRENT review period, that is what you are working towards for 1st May
You have to look at PREVIOUS review period, to see what you have earned for the ones showing on your shopfront now

You have the Rave Reviews badge and are missing both the Messages & Shipping badges … check your CSV for what issues you need to correct in order to earn Star Seller for May. Jan-March is what counts for April SS.
Have you downloaded the Dispatch History csv file to see what that says? Maybe it has a different score to the one you are seeing on the webpage.
