Dear Etsy Community,
I am reaching out today to share my current situation with my shop on Etsy. My shop has been placed in forced vacation mode, and the Shop Manager shows:
“Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.”
This status has been ongoing for a while now, and I have already uploaded all the required documents. However, I have not yet received any communication from Etsy, and I am unclear when this issue will be resolved.
I would like to ask the following:
When can I expect to receive contact from Etsy support regarding my shop's forced vacation mode? I would greatly appreciate knowing the typical processing time and when I can expect the issue to be addressed.
Is it possible to have the opportunity to communicate directly with an Etsy support team member online? I believe direct communication will help expedite the resolution and ensure I can provide any additional information needed to lift the vacation mode.
I would appreciate any advice or similar experiences from fellow sellers. Having my shop in vacation mode for such a long period has been quite difficult, and I am hoping Etsy can assist in resolving the matter soon.
Thank you in advance for your support and suggestions!
Best regards,
