sideways photo

I am trying to add a picture to my shop members. Every time it rotates the picture 90 degrees. I've tried multiple different photos so I know that is not the problem. Pls advise.

Check the orientation of the photo. It may show on your PC/phone the right way up but if the photo was taken in landscape rather than portrait view, it will upload sideways.

I know one of them was taken sideways, but the others were portrait...

open the image on your phone or PC and slightly crop or edit in some other way. Save the image and then send, it should now appear the right way up.

Try rotating the picture or cropping it in order to alter the dimensions.  If those ideas don't work, then retake another picture and see what happens.

I use my phone to take photos... try using the rotate option on your phone prior to uploading.  Or.... give up and take a new picture!  Sometimes it's quicker and easier just to start over
