My shop is temporarily disabled

Newbie here, anyone can help me why my shop is temporarily disabled. I received a message that it is temp. disabled but I don't know what is the reason. Thanks

The message you received was most likely a scam attempt.  Your shop is not disabled.  Put that message into your spam folder.

A message that was truly from Etsy would be in your ''from Etsy'' folder.  

Did you give any financial or personal information (such as your email address) in that message?

Since you're a new seller, you may get more scam messages, so be aware.

But, my friend tried to purchase my print out, but whenever she make the payment the transaction is not completed.

Is your friend trying to purchase from your shop when she is visiting you? the same IP address would block the purchase, as they will assume you are trying to purchase from yourself.

Either way, your shop has not been disabled, I can check out and are given Etsy payments as the option to pay.

Be careful of any messages received via the messenger in the dashboard. New sellers are targeted by scammer more frequently. Etsy will not contact you via messenger in the dashboard.
