shop suspended because i reached the max number of attempts to connect your bank account

Hello Dear etsy support,

Etsy suspended my shop, because I’m reached the max number of attempts to connect my bank. I was asked to verify again and did so 3 times but it was the max number of tries, apparently, and my shop were suspended. After the suspension, I tried to connect with my bank account, and it worked. Now I receive an email that says 'You have successfully changed the bank account on file with your Etsy shop.'
Can anyone help me? We've lost our sources of income, This is very confusing and disheartening.

I have the same problem and for 3 days my account has been suspended, even though I checked my bank account.

I see their shop open too, and I can add items to my cart and go to checkout

@MoroccanCustomShop  :  This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes post here).

i got the same problem but i reached the maxmimum of verifications, can you help me?

@Former_Member   did you get the deposit amount for the bank account?  

You may need to ask Etsy to reset so you can try again. Are your bank details including Switf or Iban code?

@MoroccanCustomShop i see your shop is back online, how did you do it i reached the maxmimum too but they dont even help me and ignoring my messages, you have some tips for me i have more than 200 listings and 100+hours of work for this
