shop has met all % progress scores but did not update

Retrocorrect has met all % scores for badges, but did not update to star seller status.

I have had numerous times that this has happened.

My scores are always on target with the % met, but never upgraded till the next month.

thanks for your concern, would love to have this permanently fixed.

it is only frustrating that the system does not work.  I do not really care, for it has not hindered my sales.

i don't think customers really look at the star seller, I think they go by all the 5 star ratings of love from my customers.

We've double-checked your Star Seller for the previous review period, and it appears that you didn't add a tracking number on one order and the tracking number you've added on the other orders can't also be tracked on the carrier's website. Please know that as a seller from the United States, aside from shipping an order on or before the specified ship-by-date, you also need to add a valid tracking number to physical orders for them to count positively towards your Star Seller.

 

To get a closer breakdown of the orders that have affected your Star Seller, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > click Last Review Period > select the On time shipping & tracking tile > select the ‘Download’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.
 

Additionally, please know that Star Sellers will be evaluated on the first of each month, and the evaluation period for Star Seller will look at the last 3 months of data prior to the evaluation date. If you don’t meet the Star Seller criteria for the evaluation period, you will not receive a Star Seller badge for that month. You will have the opportunity to earn Star Seller again next month if your customer experience and sales/ orders increase to reach the Star Seller criteria. Once the badges for this month are assessed, any corrections to the data will only help with the next assessment.  Etsy will NOT retroactively change the decision.

I did place a tracking number , Etsy system would not take it.  the tracking number was valid which I received from a sub station usps provider.  so this would not be my fault.  Etsy, needs to fix the system.  I will no long use a usps sub station provider.  I even wrote the customer and provided it to them in a message.

And while I have you here, now my shop Reviews is messed up.  contacted buyer and she said she did leave a 5 star, then went back and said she did it again, but still showing up on my shop as 4 star.  I a waiting for a separate reply on the same issue.
