are you saying we who had encountered this postage buying/processing issue should also scrutinize our billing because when my label finally went through, I made two labels, one of which was an incorrect weight/ hence postage amount for an order I had not even processed yet.
I think I was double charged for one of my Oct. 1 sales in connection with this reported bug involving shipping labels not buying/printing. please refund this.
transacton numbers I believe may have been erroneously double charged in connection with 10/1/18 postage buying issue ---have nothing to do with postage refunding
order #1365310037 still not showing up in orders & shipping section. Now shows in recent activity but not in orders and when I click on it in recent activity it tries to open under orders but won't. An order that was just placed has processed and shows in orders but order #1365310037 is still missing
Earlier my payment was messed up and I couldn't issue a refund. Now those are working but I can't print a shipping label. It downloads, but when I try to print it says it can only be saved as a pdf. Not sure if it's related or something else...I'm not super computer savvy ;-)
I'm getting the same thing. Everything is normal until I hit "Purchase". Then I get a message saying: "We ran into a problem creating your shipping label. Please try again." I tried again a number of times.
Shouldn't the message read: "We're sorry. Something is screwed up and we have no idea why. Please do something else today instead."
Thanks. I can get to where I choose the shipping labels, but I'm not seeing the purchase option (green button). Did something change? I feel like an idiot and can't find the PURCHASE LABELS option :(
