I have a US Etsy account and everything in my Etsy portal has US address and region set to US - but then I moved to the UK temporarily and now moved back to the USA and tried to re-open my shop but the Shipping Settings > Shipping Label Options has a UK address in there and there's no way to edit or change it. Why is this happening? And what can I do? I've been on Etsy customer service for 2 weeks now and they keep saying they will fix this, and get back to me, but then they never do. Now I can't even use the Etsy Chat for Support because no one is responding there
You did not change this shop you are posting from? You used another shop abroad or did you continue with this shop and your US bank? You only changed the address for shipping if you continued to use this shop in the UK? Nothing else? Or you didn't use this shop at all while you were out of the US? How did a UK address get in there? Do you recognize the address?
You should be able just to change the shipping label using a browser, not the app.
If you did not change the address, it is possible someone tried to use your shop and changed the address if you did not put the shop on vacation.
If you have an email from Etsy. reply back that you still need help. Has Etsy asked you for ID? It is possible you may need to prove you are the owner of the shop. That could be why they have not responded quicker as they may be researching the use of the shop.
Oh and the bank account will have to be verifiec by Plaid.
