Unable to add credit card

My credit card expired so I tried to add a new one but it keeps giving me this error: There was an issue with the credit card information entered. Please check the card number, expiration date, and ccv and try again.

I have tried doing this in both Chrome and Firefox but it is give me the same error. I even tried to add a different card and it still won't let me add it. As a last resort I paid my ad spend balance with Paypal. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

Add a new card before you delete the old one. If it’s the same number as the old one then just edit the expiration date.

I was trying to add the new one without deleting the existing one. In fact it doesn't allow me to delete it maybe because it always needs one card on file. The 2 cards that I tried to add are completely new.

Is this new card just one with a new expiration date or is this a completely new card?

Change the expiration date if this is all that is needed.

Add the new.  Make it the default.  Sometimes a seller has to go out and come back in to make the rest of the change.

The 2 cards that I tried to add are completely new. I think you may have something there with the logging in and out suggestion. I'll try to do that and clear my cookies too.
