Pricing Errors

Hi everybody. I always set the cost of an item as 19.99 in my listings and when it appear on my shop it is 24.14 something.. I always thought that it is the fee for etsy. However, right now the prices on my shop are also 19.99 and looks like one of the items is on sale eventhough I did not open up a sale. Did etsy changed something or is it just a technical error that I need to wait for a fix?

I see prices mostly $23.70 but also see some prices of $17.79 for your items and I'm in the US.
You're in Latvia.

You do have ONE item on sale at 25% off.

You probably set that up through the marketing> sales and discounts tab in your shop manager and you can delete it if you don't want to offer a sale.

Well.. that is the problem. I did not set any sales and yet one of the item looks like its on sale. And why it does not add VAT right now if it was adding it before..

I see $23.70 except for the ones on sale.

Are you using Latvian currency to set your prices?  Then what we see in the US will be converted to American prices.

Check to see if a sale was started and then delete it under Marketing Sales.

If you are seeing odd things, I suggest redoing your password.  Perhaps someone knows your password and is messing with your shop.
