shipping label options has wrong address in different country and won't let me change it to USA

I have a US Etsy account and everything in my Etsy portal has US address and region set to US - but then I moved to the UK temporarily and now moved back to the USA and tried to re-open my shop but the Shipping Settings > Shipping Label Options has a UK address in there and there's no way to edit or change it. Why is this happening? And what can I do? I've been on Etsy customer service for 2 weeks now and they keep saying they will fix this, and get back to me, but then they never do. Now I can't even use the Etsy Chat for Support because no one is responding there so frustrating!  How do I change the address?? Any help is greatly appreciated. I have tried so many things including deleting all apps off my iPhone.

You did not change this shop you are posting from?  You used another shop abroad or did you continue with this shop and your US bank? You only changed the address for shipping if you continued to use this shop in the UK?  Nothing else?  Or you didn't use this shop at all while you were out of the US?  How did a UK address get in there?  Do you recognize the address?

You should be able just to change the shipping label using a browser, not the app.  

If you did not change the address, it is possible someone tried to use your shop and changed the address if you did not put the shop on vacation.

If you have an email from Etsy. reply back that you still need help.  Has Etsy asked you for ID?  It is possible you may need to prove you are the owner of the shop.  That could be why they have not responded quicker as they may be researching the use of the shop. 

Oh and the bank account will have to be verifiec by Plaid.

I did change the ship from address to the UK but Etsy would not allow me to do any kind of shipping labels from the UK either and told me I would have to open a UK shop (which I did but that is under a completely different account - this is my USA account and shop and should not have this address in there). So yes,  I do recognize the address, but I also have no idea how it got into the shipping labels. Etsy has not helped me at all with this issue, they keep saying they resolved it but then the same issue is there. Now their customer service just seems to ignore me. Etsy asked me for ID a long time ago, and my shop was active. I am a verified seller and have been for many years. But this problem means I may have to set up a new shop and start again. Very depressing and incredibly frustrating

your shop is on vacation, you normally have to take it off vacation, before you can change anything

There are few places on Etsy, where you have to change the address. You must be missing a place. Did you change your address in Shipping Label Option? It's where the shipping profiles are

Ok, thanks for responding. I only just took it onto vacation mode, after desperately trying to resolve this issue. It is not related to the vacation mode at all. Etsy will not allow me to change shipping label option address - that is the problem I am trying to address here. It is filled with a UK address and will not allow me to change it. So frustrating. Every possible address in my account is set to USA and I even deleted all the apps off my phone. I am only using my laptop browser to change this. But Etsy won't let me change it and I can't get customer service to help. Thanks for any advice. I really appreciate it.

Until Etsy fixes this, if the only problem is with shipping labels, I would use Pirate Ship to make labels. You probably won't be able to integrate your Etsy orders with Pirate Ship at this point because Etsy removed that ability, however this service is completely free, easy to use and to copy/paste shipping addresses in their entirety. You have to go back to Etsy to mark the order as shipped, pasting in the tracking number. I also print packing slips on Etsy. I use Pirate Ship for all my Etsy orders and my website orders. I like having everything in on place. Oh, and PS customer service is top notch as well.

When I moved down to Mexico, & kept my US bank, I had to change my address in several places. The one that surprised me was the address of the "FROM" on Etsy. This is used if you create a label via Etsy (which I couldn't do here in Mexico) and it's used in the tracking of the order.

So, to change it I had to wait for a sale then go into the shipping for that sale and found the place to change the 'Ships From' section. I no longer remember what buttons I had to push to get there, but it worked. I did not buy a label, just changed the address. So confusing.
