I was suppose to received my sales deposit on the 3rd, but didn't. Ive since then been trying to manually send it to my bank everyday from then, until it got stuck saying that it was scheduled for the 7th. There's no money in reserves so thats not an issue. My credit card was expired, but i added a new one on the 3rd, and still no luck. I tried updating the card again today just to see if anything would happen, and again no luck. Has this happened to anyone else? Im worried its a glitch and my funds are stuck in limbo. I tried contacting customer service but they didn't really answer my question and said "rest assured, the funds will send" but ive been waiting for days. Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced :):)

The expired CC is what triggered it. It may take a couple of days for the new card to get into the system. If you get weekly deposits I would see what happens on Monday. I think the more you mess with it the more messed up it may get. There would be no one manly the fort at Etsy on a weekend anyway, nor could they do anything about it until Monday.
Thanks for the advice! When i try to change the deposits from daily to weekly, both of them say next deposit would be on monday the 10th. I'll wait to see what happens, hoping it fixes! Ive been selling on etsy for over a decade and this is the first time anything like this has happened lol
same problem. I haven’t received any money which was supposed to be sent today. New cc info not accepted.
@Jillysbeanz: This is a very old thread which is likely to be closed by an Etsy moderator. You may want to start a new thread.
Just want to make sure that you are aware that even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).
