shipments sent without an Etsy label. Items show not being sent but were.

When I first started an Etsy shop, I just mailed items without going through the Etsy shipping. So these orders show up as pending. I am now using the Etsy shipping labels and USPS. I would like to remove these items (63) . Is there away I can just get rid of them?

@ElyMNWoodcrafts: If I understand correctly what you did, to get "rid" of them, they need to be marked as completed. Whether or not you use(d) Etsy labels orders should be marked as completed at the time that they are completed / shipped with the appropriate information.

I assume you didn’t add tracking information. Etsy support can close them for you. If you do it, buyers might be notified that their items are on the way, which would cause confusion.

How old they are may be a problem.  You might be able to complete some but old ones might need Etsy intervention.

I believe you can contact Etsy who will mark them as completed for you.
