Hi, I am just here as advised by etsy to create a post about my start seller not being awarded. My dashboard says I am 100% on everything so just hoping this is picked up. I am assuming this forum is monitored? Thanks
You are missing the messages badge. Download the csv for the previous (not current) period to see what Etsy thinks you missed.
My dashboard is telling me I have both the replies and reviews badge, however the dispatch badge, which is never correct even though they keep saying they are going to fix it, still isn't there. But it should be, I had 100% dispatch for last couple of months but they never sort the badge out
Messages badge is there. It looks like it's all PDF so I am wondering if infringement plays a part.
@mommawhazelsquilts may be right. There are several copyright and Trademark implications with using the Peter Rabbit name, image or books. The illustrations belong to Frederick Warne, the book rights belong to Penguin Books. Check peterrabbit.com for more information.
Infringement issues can cause you to lose your SS status, not saying that is the case here since you are showing two of the three badges,but it is worth noting if you were not already aware if the implications.
Did you previously have Star Seller status and it disappeared? Was it 100% for the last qualifying period? You can check that from your dashboard customer service stats too.
Support were totally useless in directing you to the forum. We are just fellow sellers and can do nothing to fix their glitches.

"PREVIOUS" review period,
the current review period is what you are working towards for 1st March
It looks like 3 months ago, you missed responding to a message in 24 hrs or less.

Unfortunately, Etsy's chat is not an Etsy's employee, but rather a company hired to answer. This is a script that they are following. You need to go to your previous months and check your messages. Can you remember answering a message late? Or maybe you had a message in spam that you moved to regular messages? Since you are on track for the next month star seller, that means that at some point 3 months ago, you missed a message and it has now fallen off the count.
@Bohemiansundaydesign Unfortunately Chat does not always have the correct answer. They tell many people that.
If you looked at the CSV for the previous period, not this period, it appears you missed something. The message CSV will tell you which message was missed. Etsy will not change the system for a missed message. They have let us know they simply don't make changes.

I am in the same boat and got the same message from Etsy Support. I hope they can fix this soon.
