seller's email issue in purchasin time

hello,

there is an issue in my listing . when buyer comes to purchase the product so in purchasing time it shows email issue . it says like contact the product seller to get his email that time the buyer leavs the the listing or did not contact or purchase it .

so Please help me to remove this email option for every customer ...

It's a scam, mark it as spam, and ignore it

some sellers have been caught out by it, don't let you be another

If you received an email from a potential customer claiming they need YOUR email address to complete a purchase, then it's a scam. See shared link above.

Also, Etsy is for selling handmade or vintage goods, or craft supplies. I don't think your items fit those requirements.
