chat support box

Etsy Please fix this chat box that you recently changed. Its popping up on all my pages and even when minimized I cannot publish or make changes to listings bc the chat box is there. Also the options for support are not enough. There are major glitches with the chat and I cant even let Etsy know through the chat because its not working correctly.

Are you talking about that bubble / icon in the lower right?  That is what is preventing your from doing things?  It's blocking your Publish button?

Wondering if this is an issue on certain devices, because I'm on my laptop using Chrome, and minimizing / maximizing my window view did not show that chat bubble blocking my publish button.

Yes that's exactly it! I tried to contact etsy support with the new bubble. but they only have a few options none of which I needed but once I opened it up as a chat I cant  get rid of it and now its blocking publish etc.. and the support is not helping it just keeps popping up to pick an option.. clearly a big glitch.
