rating error - a star for the seller

Hello, I did not receive the seller star as a medal, even though I met all the conditions - at the end of the month I changed the store's currency from euros to dollars and my counters were reset to zero, the statistics do not show orders before the currency change, even though there were a lot of them - until they are awarded. Badges require only 5 orders.

That’s what happens when you change your shop currency

When you change currency, it changes the stats for star seller.  It's like you start all over again.  Someone on a thread had a great explanation of this but I only remember that a currency change starts the process all over again.  Previous stats don't count.

@CoCiDam: Do not know if it is documented anywhere, but resetting a shop's currency seems to always reset Star Seller order volume and quantity statistics to zero.
