I have had a message from potential customer that went straight to the spam box, I didn't spot this until later - I replied and apologized for the delay. There was a reply to my answer a few days later - which again went directly to spam. This of course I missed as I thought the first was just a mishap/glitch. I have lost my star rating because i need to "Keep going to earn the speedy replies badge"
I cannot get in touch with Etsy via chat as that has not been working since early September
Send an email that a legit message is going to spam. This happened to other sellers a few months back.
One reason to check the spam folder number just in case a legit message ends up there.
