I've been going back and forth with a potential buyer since yesterday and the last couple of hours have been weird.
I type out my message and hit send, then nothing seems to happen. The send button goes grey and I'm just sitting there hoping something will change.
I refresh the page and it looks like it's sent because it ends up in the chat window, but can I really say for sure that it was sent?
Anyone else having this issue?
Same issue here. I sent a message about 10 minutes ago to a friend and the send button was grayed out.
After 10 seconds it showed it was sent BUT the message I typed was still showing in the reply box until I refreshed the page.
Is there any way you can ask your friend if they received your message?

I tried through your shop, then went to the chats and tried there too. I decided to wait longer to see if it would go through and it did the same thing you described. I didn't get that before; it just wouldn't do anything.
Got both, they were in the same thread. Just so you know, the send button wasn't greyed out, but it took a little while to actually show that it sent.

This problem is still happening today and yes my friend did get my messages yesterday and today.
The send button stays grayed out for around 10 seconds and when it finally sends, I see the message in the reply box AND I also see it in the message box to my friend where it shows up sent.
Sent long detailed message to customer - pop up saying a problem - try again? Sent again - now nothing - no message - just gone!
Yes, me too. But the customer has replied so she is getting my messages even though the "send" button isn't working.
Yeah Vintage and I tested it out yesterday and we were getting each other's messages...So it's just this lag for some reason.
