"woopsie" NO ETSY HELP!!!

I keep getting "Woopsie" when trying to get Etsy help!  I am sure they will fix LOL! I have no idea now, how to report or fix! No labels here work!!!

I've hit a lot of glitches in the past couple of months.    I find if I walk away for awhile, they tend to right themselves and work after a refresh or just some time.   Not the best answer, I know, especially if you're trying to make a mail pick up or something but working with what you have.  :    (
