When I respond to a customer's message, I sometimes want to reword the response before sending it out. I place the cursor next to the word/test that I want to change and type. Lately, only the first letter of the change goes in the current cursor position then the cursor jumps to the end of my response where the rest of the change appears. This is very annoying. Anyone else have this problem?

That happened to me today - very frustrating! It would only accept one letter at a time where I wanted to amend it. I deleted it and started again. It is hopefully just a fleeting glitch and not something we will have to get used to.
That happened to me too. I had to cut it and correct it in word and then paste in back. One good thing, I just got my shop advisor saying I can contact etsy support.

Some are seeing this "Looking for Support" in their Shop Manager (I don't have it in mine, but it doesn't matter).

I used the support button it did not have chat but email. I was not hopeful, but to my pleasant surprise Etsy did respond and they had me go to the notifications for support where someone answered within 24 hours. Good job Etsy. So they know about the problem and said they are working on it.

This has been a problem for me since yesterday. I am currently responding to Etsy support rn telling them that this is a site wide issue. Hopefully they fix it ASAP!
In the following Thread, a Seller posted they Chatted w/Etsy, who said they were looking into it (this was 9 hrs. ago).

They said it has been fixed but it hasn't. Least not on my end. I just work with it annoying as it is.
