Someone placed an order for a custom/private listing. After she purchased, she updated the measurements she wanted, so I created and saved a Private Note to myself with the updated order. What's strange is the private note does not show up on the app (usually it does) under her order or when I click on her order. In messaging, next to her convo, I DO see the private note. I rely on private notes for updates and since it usually shows up under the order and on the app, I go off that, but this private note is missing. Very strange. I made her item the wrong size, since the private note didn't appear under her order. Why is it only showing up when I click on her message chain and not under "orders" private notes.
