No messages since 10/2/23 recorded on my message download history. There a six missing so far???

No message have been recorded on my message history download since 10/2/23. I have had six message since then that I have responded to quickly and yet they are not in my download history. Anyone have answers to this?

Can you see them in messages in your shop dashboard?

I'm having a similar issue. I’ve counted over 30 incoming message threads in this review period but my star seller .csv only shows 10. Which is putting me below the star seller criteria

Perhaps they were from scammers who have subsequently been removed, therefore removed from your message history.
