Not sure what you mean by suspended my sales??
etsy cancelled my order and gave money back to my customer.
@LunartLounge - First, do read this:

Scammers are becoming more creative.
I was able to cart one of your listings & could have proceeded to checkout so your shop is live/active.
Go into your shop manager & check for any notifications from Etsy that they might need additional information from you. If all you received was an Etsy message, I'm thinking this might be the beginning of a scam.
You did not make a sale. You are dealing with a scammer who wants to take your money.
@LunartLounge: An order that you were notified of by Etsy and which was subsequently cancelled by Etsy should be in the "Completed" tab of your Orders and Shipping page. Since you say is was paid and refunded there should be evidence of that on your Payments Page.
"Etsy sent an email to the buyer stating that there is a problem with the seller." How do you know this? This does sound like the beginning salvos in a new scam and it is better to be safe than sorry.
I may not be clear explanation. so writing again. The order now is in completed section but a red word "cancelled"is written next to the order info. I have checked my cancellation policy part. My shop does not accept cancellations. And also written as "not paid" in receipt part. In addition I did not receive small deposit and my bank account is not verified yet. Is this problem due to my bank account not being verified? Please help.
@LunartLounge: In this case it would be with 99% certainty that the payment failed. An order and payment goes through several authorization steps and depending on where in the process the failure occurs you may or may not even be notified of the order.
"My shop does not accept cancellations."- That only applies to buyer cancellations not cancellations due to payment failures. Otherwise if you were selling physical products you would still have to ship but would not be paid for it.
@LunartLounge Looks like Etsy's payment processing company could not clear the payment. Could be a stolen credit card or another reason.
I agree with @NanaLetha - the credit card used may have been reported as stolen. Though initially approved the sale was cancelled or Etsy's payment processor may have been taking their time to process the order. Then after a while the purchased declined.
As for you getting your account approved, I have no idea where you are located but do know that depending on your country of residence getting things set up on the financial end can be different.
You need to check your shop manager, financial stuff, to see if Etsy has posted anything and what if any information they might need. This might include ID &/or banking info.
Depending on your location, Etsy may allow shops to remain open, accept sales, but they will not deposit any funds until the verification process is completed.
Her store page says 0 sales.
"My bank account didnt verfy yet, is it causing this issue ?" "Is this problem due to my bank account not being verified? Please help.
Why would you think an order would go through if you're not verified? Did you receive an email from Etsy on bank verification? Do you see info. that you are verified (under Bank Details) in your Shop manager dashboard under Finance > Payment Settings? (If it does not say "verified" come back to the forums and let us know before you change anything in that area) Did you contact your bank?
Also, you show no location as to where you are. So while you're waiting to be verified go to your Account Profile > Settings > Public Profile and fill out the information. Check the other 7 tabs for accuracy as well.
