Customer wrote a review however it isn’t showing in review section. 
Can’t figure out how to send an email to Etsy support to deal with this issue

When did they write the review?

Reviews aren't in order. Most times they are random as to what shows first.

If I click on "most recent" I see a 5* review from Aug 31, 2023.
Is this the one?

If I leave the sort on "suggested" the 1st review I see is Jan. 2023. Then one more from 2023 then quite a few from 2022.

I don't see the one from Aug 2023 UNTIL the 2nd page near the bottom.

And Etsy doesn't have an email to contact them. They do not publish an email address or phone # anywhere.
You have to go through the help pages.

If it's the review from Aug 2023 it's there and there's no issue and no reason to contact Etsy.

If they did leave a review it should show up on "most recent". Maybe it didn't go through?

I went back and looked again and didn't see the one from last week on Sept 12.
Yesterday was Sept 21st. Did you mean to put the 21 instead of 12?

To contact Etsy go through the HELP pages. You get a boilerplate reply that will not answer your question and you have to reply you still need help. It might takes weeks for Etsy to get back to you (if then).
