I have a few completed orders which the buyer already confirmed that they received my product, but the shipping status still show as "in-transit". Which makes the buyer couldn't leave a rating of my product. Does anyone encounter this problem and how you solve it? I'm so frustrated that I don't know how to get to Etsy to help to look into this...........

Confirmed delivery on the Etsy order has nothing to do with being able to leave a review. The review window opens the day after the last estimated delivery date.

People can only leave feedback after the expected delivey date. This has nothing to do with your order showing as ''in transit''.
I have many orders that still show in transit where the customer has received the order AND has left feedback.
We are having that issue too and I think it is causing customers to not be able to write reviews as well
Hi! I had the same issue, you are a star seller so you have the chat feature. Go to the star seller stats page, click on the chat icon, should be bottom right, tell them your problem. Took a couple of days but mine were straightened out. Have a very blessed day!
For everyone having this problem. There has been a glitch which affected many Sellers; Orders were erroneously Marked as Pre-Transit, when they were In Transit and/or Delivered. I don't know if this is a continuation of this glitch. I saw other Sellers reporting the same issue as you.
