Something really strange is happening in the Etsy buyer app.
When I clicked on a listing, I got the message
"Darn. this item is no longer available."
So I went to my computer and clicked on the same shop and listing and it could be purchased.
Hope this is not happening to multiple listings on the app.
@CryzalisDesigns search the mobile Buyer app for you new shop, ground it right away. The Derby knife set shows active and available to me in the US - I even added it to cart.
* I'll bet it shows as unavailable to you because of the knife ban in the EU and UK.
And if your cutlery is allowed to be sold and shipped, then it was probably a bot removed due to the word "knife / knives" and maybe be re-indexed in other countries.
OP, I found your beautiful knife set in your new shop. Could you try listing as Royal Crown Derby flatware and just ignore the word "knife" for the European market? Just a thought.
That's bad news! If it happened to you, it probably happens to other Buyers.
Which listing?
Hi @PillowDetails I opened another shop this evening, not sure if I am allowed to post a link.
I put the name of the shop in my "About me section" of my main shop
It is the listing Royal Crown Derby, would you mind checking via the buyer app for me?
When I click on it (not signed in) I keep getting the
"Darn. this item is no longer available."

But not when I use the browser

@PillowDetails oh I didn't even think about that.
I did not think this would apply to fruit knives, the most you could cut with this is a banana
Thanks for checking, much appreciated
Oh and the spam filter is not really working, I am currently being bombarded with scam messages, at least 3 have been from active shops which look to have been hacked and their user pictured changed to the Etsy logo
make that 4
@CryzalisDesigns yeah, because it's a new shop so the scammers will target it.
They sure are out in force @Amaradorn
They must be using bots because the views are going mad and messages keep on coming

Thank you @TinLizziAntiques That is great idea.
I will try that
A customer from France just contacted me and told me that every item that she's interested in is showing as unavailable. They are all in shop and available to purchase but from her end they are not. Any idea what is causing this for what we should do?
@SarafinaDreams Most likely because most of your items are over $150. This OP will explain:
why buyers only in France say they are not able to... - Welcome to the Etsy Community
