I have completed all the documents to verify my account and bank details aswell, settings tell me that my shop status is active, but buyers cannot purchase anything from my shop. I have not received any email or message that my account has been suspended or anything like that. Etsy could we sort this out as soon as possible please. Could somebody help me because i really want to sell my products. Feel like i have wasted a lot of time and money into my shop and i cannot even sell the products that i have made.

Setting up a new shop takes time and verification is normal for any selling platform and does take some time.  

As a new seller always log into your Shop Manager to see if you have legitimate messages from Etsy as there are many scammers targeting new shops who ask for bank details etc so do remain vigilant and never click on any links in any emails.  If you have a genuine message from Etsy then you will find it in the "From Etsy" folder in your messages.

All payments are through Etsy payments which you will need to enrol in.

Your seller details say you are in the UK but your items say they ship from the United States.  So will buyers in the UK receive their items from the US?  

You also need to finish setting up your shop before you can trade legally by filling in your policies.
