Annoying view cart popup blocking pages

Hello, I am not sure how to fix this problem. I have a few items in my cart and every time I browse I have view cart popup that is blocking items description or right side of the page. I tried to clear cookies, browsing history but it does not work. Please let me know if anyone fixed this problem.

When this happens simply remove the item from your cart then, perhaps, ezzz will get the hint that they are annoying you.

This aggravation by Etsy is so counter productive since the only way to get rid of it is to remove the items from the Cart!
