A note from the shop...how to remove?

I'm having a hard time. I can't seem to locate how to remove this note that displays on packing slip. Also, once it's removed is it possible to get a new packing sheet?

Did you ever figure this out? I tried to add a private note on an order on my phone and now it prints on every packing slip!!

@WillowRoseStyle  Hi, I don't use the phone for anything Etsy (rather, a desktop computer). But I use Private Notes. Go to the Order No., click onto it. Scrolling down, you will Private Note (small font). You can also do the same by clicking onto the envelop to the Right of the Order. Scroll down slightly and you'll see Private Note.

You know, I use those quite a bit, but I was stumped trying to find it at first, after I reopened my Shop for the Season:)
