They've assured me three times they'd release my funds, but the yellow message keeps appearing, indicating a temporary hold on my funds.
I've tried contacting them several times via chat, but it seems like bots are answering, and there's no human to talk to. They all give the same answer, without offering a solution or letting me know what's wrong.
Maybe someone here can help by reporting this problem to support.
