My message response is not being calculated accurately. Every message in the CSV file from July is marked YES. How did my percentage go down? Is that right? There may be fewer messages TOTAL but only because of sales decreasing from losing star seller last month for the same issue.
Ive also lost my star seller cause they said I didn't have a good message response rate , but Ive replied to all messaged within a hour , and the time stamps prove it .
@BookHorde: "Every message in the CSV file from July is marked YES." What about the rest of the threads? Your current (September 1st) Star Seller is based on June, July, and August. The August 1st star and badges were based on May, June, and July.
