Etsy has some new mature content rules for sellers and I think that is a good thing. However, I think some buyers are posting pornographic pics in their feedback reviews. I am talking nude erect pen*****. Obviously for exhibitionist reasons. (Not in my reviews I should add.)
I thought that the seller could choose to show or hide the customer's photo. Am I wrong about that?
We used to be able to. But not anymore.
Depending on what those certain shops sell, yes, sometimes the buyers' photos can be on the porno side. Fyi, even though you're not the shop owner, you can click that 'report this review' and Etsy will take notice.
@LandKbeads Etsy took away the ability to hide buyer photos a while ago. Maybe 2 years ago?
There's a "report this review" link on all reviews. And anyone can use it, not just in your own shop. Etsy takes quick action on those type of review photos.
However, I think some buyers are posting pornographic pics in their feedback reviews.
I'm curious - how this is something you think is happening, as opposed to something you know to be happening?
I think it's just the OP's turn of phrase. Sartre would say she thinks therefore it is!!
