payment account balance not updating

Hi there....heads up. Orders that have come in the last hour are not being reflected into my payment account balance. That's a first!

Hey I just noticed this to. I have had two orders in the past hour and my Activity Summary has not updated since about an hour ago.

 

Edit: It is coming through but very slowly... I finally got the info from the first order, but my second order has not showed up yet. They must be bogged down from Black Friday orders.

I received an order half an hour ago, and not all of the fees are showing as they should, I wondered if there was a problem, hopefully, the rest of the fees will trickle through eventually, maybe by the time I wrapped the order (insert smiley face).

 

Editing to add, just after I posted this, the missing fees turned up!

Something else strange going on with this, I've just had another order, and the fees came through eventually, but my available balance has completely zeroed out, even though prior to tonight's orders, there was a balance and it was showing. Is anybody else having the same issue?

Mine zeroed out too within the last few days... even with 14 more orders. Reserve account number has gone drastically down and money available for deposit has zeroed out. This is extremely concerning and I'm so stressed. How were you able to fix this, or how long did it take?

This has been an issue all day in my shop as well.  So much so that I'm worried I need to go through each order number and my account balance one at a time...but does anyone know to see more transactions in our payment accounts than what the "+Show more activities" button allows?  When I click that repeatedly, it goes back a few orders but then stops.

Go to your monthly statements and select November, you will be able to view all of your fees for orders and listings there.
