one time setup fee not working

I must be losing my mind! I'm trying to set up a new shop, I've copied several listings over from my other shop. In my new shop, I don't have a place to publish the listings. When I go to the Shop Dashboard, it takes me to the One-time set-up fee and when I enter the correct information, it never goes thru. It just spins around, thinking. What might be happening?

Your link is timing out. Try clearing your cache or use a different browser (not the app)

I cleared my cache and tried 3 different browsers.

Try resetting your modem

Try clearing cache.  Also I wouldn't be logged in on the browser to your other shop until you get the new one set up.

Thanks all, I clearrd cache, used 3 different browsers, logged out of other shop. It just occurred to me I might still be logged into my other account on phone app. I'll check that.

different shops have to be opened in different browsers.

don't copy listings across, as you can't sell the same thing in different shops, set up a new listing.

I have 3 shops and open them all in the Chrome

it won't let me open them in the same browser at the same time, I have to log out of one, before I can log into the other

We also struggled trying to breach the gauntlet of the payment for set up fee.  The credit card earning airline miles wouldn't work, and clearing cache, using different browsers, etc - no go - the progress wheel icon just kept spinning - nothing else.  We decided to try a debit card from a seldom-used, low-balance checking account that we had opened some time ago just to receive Venmo payments from family members.  Boom!  The payment was accepted immediately.  Hope the suggestion helps.
