For a few weeks now my older orders are not visible even though I have “all” selected in all sections and sort by “oldest” checked. Has this happened to anyone else?
@TheCraftyBead: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?
desktop browser. Ive tried restarting the computer, clearing the cookies, etc. But it still is happening. Only if I clíck on the different options such as “overdue orders” do they come up. one two different computers same issue
google chrome, firefox, and safari. All the same issue
@TheCraftyBead: There are quite a few reports in this forum of the filtering radio buttons not working correctly and / or not filtering correctly. We also use "All" everywhere but use "Sort By Date Completed" and it appears that all orders are displayed.
yeah but if I can’t see them so ship then they are not completed. I can figure out how to kind of make it work but its very annoying
@TheCraftyBead: One thing that helped us was to set up custom progress steps and move the order to a different tab as needed.
