This is week two of contacting Etsy help via email. I haven't received any contact from them at all! I can't access my account because I am not receiving the verification code on my phone??? Please help!

Use one of the backup codes you received when first started 2-factor authentification.
I have completed the verification and still my shop is in Vacation mode. My repeated e mail requests from support have not had any useful responses. Very frustrating. This is not a good sign from Etsy.
