This is a scam!! Scammers are targeting new shops.
Always go to your Shop Manager to see if you have a genuine email from Etsy or whether you have a sale. You do not have to give your email address to anyone. Mark that message as spam and ignore it.
@NanasgeneralstoreCo:"I received a email that I had a sale" DId you receive an eMail or an Etsy Message (and the eMail copy of that Message)?
A quick search would show lots and lots of threads in this forum about your issue. Real orders will show up on your Orders & Shipping page and your Payments page.
It is a SCAM - if you provided any personal or financial information contact your financial institution immediately. If you provided any log in information you need to change those passwords.

Real messages from Etsy are now going into their own section on your Messages page https://community.etsy.com/t5/Announcements/New-From-Etsy-section-in-Messages/m-p/143722497#M1899 but apparently this us only true when using a browser.

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your stats.
