My shop never received a notification for two orders that were placed . One of the orders is 6 days late and the other is 2 days late. I checked my email (even spam and trash) and didn't see a notification. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Log into your shop daily and don’t rely on email
@KinsheYoga: A quick search would show you lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with app and eMail notifications. Assuming that the eMail was sent, many bad things can happen between Etsy's mail server and your eMail client. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop for messages and orders at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.
