For weeks now my customers are not getting notifications of my new listings, also I am not getting any new notifications from any of my favorite shops. Not sure if this is a bug or a test. Any info?
@MeNtheGirls: No information, but this has been reported several times in this forum and we also not seeing the 'new items' notifications. But then Etsy never guaranteed that they would send these notifications.
Are you/your customers looking in the right place for the notifications? Etsy moved them recently. They used to show on the bell icon up top right on etsy main site but they changed that to 'Deals'. They moved (hid) updates/notifications to the favorites page. So you need to click the heart/favorites icon to go to your favorites page. Then if you look next to where it says Your Favorites in bold you should see a button to click for 'updates'. If you click it then your notifications will drop down. That's where the notifications for new items/listings from your faves are now.
