new listing and I can't add photos

Hi,  

Anyone having an issue adding photos to a new listing?  

I'm copying an existing listing to create a new one. When I click on "add photo" it outlines the box in red but that's all..... nothing happens.   

Any ideas?

@PrairieGardenDigital: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.

I've been dealing with this problem for several months now.  I've communicated with Etsy support many times and they say they are looking in to it.  I'm using the latest app on my phone.  I cannot add photos to a copied listing.

This used to work well for me.

I'm having the exact same issue on the seller App and Chrome.  If anyone finds a solution please let me know as it's making listing ridiculously laborious to the point I've given up!  Ty.
