This has just started but have had several customers inform me they are unable to open files and pdf files via the etsy app through messenger. The old app works fine, but have noticed for me as a seller, the new app simply loads a file up as an image and you can't select it--it just opens as a half cut out image. I have also had customers inform me issues with sending messages the past few days, often resulting in errors.
