Hi Everyone
I am a seller on etsy for 3 years now and just experienced a transfer money issue for the first time. I transferred the deposit to my Turkish bank account like I always do on December the 5th and the money has not arrived yet. I tranferred another deposit on the December the 7th and it is tranferred successfully. However my transfer on the 5th is lost somehow. Contacted to my bank and they said they need 12 digit code for tranferring. Tried to get in touch with Etsy support no luck there! I dont know why it is so hard as a seller to get in touch with them. Anyway, is there anyone who experienced this issue?
