I emailed some digital files to a customer who purchased a pattern bundle. I accidentally marked the listing as "product" instead of "digital", and now it looks like I have an order that is unshipped. I have since corrected the listing, but that didn't change the status of the order in any way. I remember way back that you could make an order as completed as shipped, but not any more - would anyone know how to rectify this for me?
You can buy an Etsy stamp and mail the buyer a receipt
