my orders stuck intransit section One and a half months and they are doing nothing!!!!

My account has dropped a little more each month. At first I thought it was normal but then I realized that it was all etsy's fault. When I first encountered this problem, I had 350 orders. I have 400 orders now because they couldn't solve this problem. Although 400 of my orders were delivered, they stuck intransit part.That's why my account has become a reserve. Customer service acknowledges it's a technical issue but does nothing to fix it.
I've been waiting for a month and a half for this issue to be resolved. I write every day, but there is never any progress. They always send me an e-mail saying that we are working on it, but there has been no progress for 1 and a half months.

They blocked me for 7 days because I wrote here before. Then they removed the call request part because I am requesting a call. I write from chat, I send e-mails, but they never solve the problem. i don't know what i need to do.

You have tracking numbers, correct? Etsy does not ship your packages. USPS does. Go to the USPS site and look up the tracking numbers there. If it give you the information that your packages are "Stuck", you can deal with the people who are actually shipping. UNLESS you are sending "Flats" with Pitney Bowes tracking. I have heard that Pitney Bowes does not update. Have any of your customers complained?
